Hey guys, here is a list of apps I find very helpful with my schooling. I highly suggest that if you have not downloaded them yet, to do so now!

1. Mobile Learn™ (BlackBoard)
“Mobile Learn™ makes it easier for you to keep up with your courses by letting you access them whenever and wherever you want.”
As a lot of professors use BlackBoard Learn as a virtual campus, having this app directly on your phone is great for when you need to check something quickly. This app will help you keep track of your courses whenever you want to check them. If you want to pull up an important document posted by your professor, then just open the app and within a few clicks you are there.

2. Stop, Breathe & Think: Meditate
“The Stop, Breathe and Think app is a free mindfulness, meditation and compassion-building tool that is simple, fun and easy to use.”
As students, there will be some stressful moments during your university studies. In order to manage your stress, this app will give you tips and guidance to relieve your stress and meditate peacefully.

3. Evernote
“Evernote gives you the tools you need to keep your work effortlessly organized.”
Organization is key at university. Through this app, you can take notes, capture photos, create reminders, record lectures and improve productivity.

4. Weather App (Yahoo Weather, The Weather Network, AccuWeather etc.)
In Canada, the weather is always unpredictable. Therefore, make sure to check the weather before leaving your place.
